Film waste water is highly polluted by inorganic substance, but it can be treated in different processes.  As what is showed in Image 3, a heat separating device provides a easy way for the batch treatment of this kind waste water.

Waste water feeds into a single effect direct heating forced circulation evaporator in vacuum condition, and concentrated from 15% to expected final consistence 50%.Steam produced will be condensed and collected. Steam condensate has high ammonia content, PH value will raise, then feeds into this device secondly. After distillation, steam condensate can be discharged directly.

Technics characteristic: this is a simple single effect evaporation device, low invest, Small occupation area. It is suitable for waste water treatment in small enterprises.
